Trying to help my husband that will have 3 little kids plan for the morning of the marathon. We are staying at the Polynesian. What's the best advice on where to see me closest to the hotel, then best way to get to finish line after that! Thank you.

    Hi Abbey!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited for you to have your little chEARleaders along the course to really encourage Momma as she tackles the Walt Disney World Marathon!

To help plan and simplify the morning for your husband I'd recommend reviewing the Walt Disney World Marathon course together while referencing the Spectator Viewing Points in the Digital Event Guide. The first chance they'll have to see you will be at mile 3.8 as you pass the Ticket & Transportation Center, which is a short walk from your Resort hotel. After this you'll actually run right past Disney's Polynesian Village Resort right at mile 7.7 so that will be a super convenient spot for them to just pop outside the lobby and out towards the road. If you haven't already I'd recommend him signing up for Runner Tracking so he'll get text updates of your pace to give an idea of what time you'll be at various points, this will be under the Spectators tab. After they see you at your Resort hotel they'll want to head back to the Ticket & Transportation Center where they'll want to take the monorail to Epcot, where you'll finish your race. Here they have the option to either enter the park and cheer Momma from mile 24.8 to 25.9 with valid theme park entry or at the finish line if you don't have park tickets that day!

Please come back and let me know if you have any other questions and best of luck in these last few weeks of training!
