    Trying to make my FP selections online. We are 60 days away from our first trip! Trying to figure out why I do not see an option for wishes FP. Also, when trying to do online check in it will not let me request a pack n play. Just room location? help thx

    Hi Shannon,

    Wishes is one of the few attractions/activities at the Magic Kingdom that don't always have a FP+ option available. I've been on four WDW trips with MagicBands and have never been given Wishes as an option. Disney is still testing the entire FP+ system and they're tinkering with how best to meet guest needs, some of this involves offering different FP+ selections under different circumstances. My personal observation is that you're more likely to get a Wishes FP+ choice at certain times of the year or days of the week, but there's really nothing you can do to influence this. In any case, Wishes appears not to be a FP+ option for you, so you should plan your touring without this.

    I'm not sure where you're staying, but you may not have a Pack n' Play selection because you're in a room type that automatically has the Pack n' Play as part of the standard equipment (most of the villas and suites). Or if you have the maximum number of guests in the room and a small child, they automatically assume that you need the Pack n' Play. However, you should not worry about this, Disney has many tens of thousands of Pack n' Plays on property. They will not run out. Even if you did not request one, there would be no problem having one sent to your room.

    If you do want to make the request explicit in advance, you should call Disney at 407-W-DISNEY and ask to have the request added to your reservation manually. I've made requests like this many times myself and have always found the reservation staff to be quite helpful.
