    Trying to make flight arrangements for our May4-8, 2014 Disney Dream cruise. We have purchased Disney Ground Trans. and need to know the window that would get us and our luggage to the ship and back to the airport in time. Please advise!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Beginning and ending your Disney Dream vacation with Disney Cruise Line transportation will be a smooth and seamless transition for your crew.  Your motor coach transportation will be comfortable, cool, and entertaining as you travel to and from Port Canaveral.  When making your flight arrangements, you will want to arrive no later than 1:45 pm at the Orlando Airport on embarkation day.  If you are looking at flying in the night before or earlier that day, the transportation begins around 9:30 or 10:00 am.  Since you have purchased transportation through the cruise line, your luggage will be delivered directly to the ship so there will be no need to stop by Baggage Claim.  Just make sure you place the luggage tags you receive about a month prior to sailing on your luggage before you check your bags at your home airport.  After you debark the ship, your flight should be 11:30 am or later to make sure you have enough time to collect your luggage in the cruise terminal, pass through U.S. Customs and travel back to the airport.
