Trying to find number of days left on old tickets that had no expiration. The website only shows what they had when originally purchased. Who can I call??

    Heigh-Ho Michael,

I am happy to direct you to a couple of choices in discovering your curiouser and curiouser Walt Disney World ticket inquiry. Once upon a time, Guests were able to purchase tickets with an upgraded No Expiration option. Nowadays Walt Disney World tickets will expire 4-14 days after the start of use and depending on the number of days you have purchased. Guests with older tickets, such as yours, should reach out to Guest Services to see if first, they are still valid and finally, what the face value is. Thus allowing you to purchase updated Walt Disney World tickets for your next Walt Disney World vacation.

Guests can always call (407) 934-7639 to speak to Guest Services but patience is of the essence because they are experiencing a high call volume. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and calling earlier rather than later may help in achieving a shorter wait time. However, another option and one I prefer is contacting WDW Guest Services-Ticket Usage via ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com with as much of the following information about the tickets in question as possible:

    >Your Name

    >Phone Number to be reached

    >Purchase Confirmation Number or all of the 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers

    >Purchaser's Name

    >When the tickets were purchased

    >Form of payment at the time of purchase

    >Your request to purchase new tickets and the time frame you are looking to return

Whatever information you provide will be helpful for Guest Relations to research and determine the potential worth of your Walt Disney World tickets. Guests visiting the Walt Disney World theme parks now need to make Disney Park Pass reservations for each day they plan to visit.  As soon as you are ready and you have resolved your ticket inquiry and purchased updated tickets, link them to your My Disney Experience profile, check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for the days you are interested and make your Disney Park Pass reservation. Availability can change and is not guaranteed until you purchase your Walt Disney World tickets and make a Disney Park Pass reservation.

In the meantime, I suggest creating a My Disney Experience profile. This is your vacation hub where Guests can plan the entirety of their Walt Disney World vacation. Download the app and become comfortable navigating all of its handy dandy features. I hope I have helped and may you have a Practically Perfect Day,

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
