I am trying to find information on this website about Grand Gatherings options for our November vacation. Where can I find this info?

Hi, Joan! You are not alone. I can no longer find the information on the website. This is possibly due to the fact that Grand Gatherings will be only continue to be offered through January 28, 2012. Guests can continue to contact the Disney Reservation Center to book these experiences until that time. So, here is some information from me for your trip in November:

Travel parties with at least eight Guests over the age of three staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel may purchase a Walt Disney World Magical Gatherings vacation package. They may also choose to participate in Grand Gatherings, unique dining and entertainment experiences.  These currently include the International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception at Epcot, the Safari Celebration Dinner at Animal Kingdom, and the Good Morning Character Breakfast at the Magic Kingdom.  These Grand Gathering experiences do participate in all of the Disney Dining Plans except the Quick Service Dining Plan.  The Epcot and Animal Kingdom experiences require two Table Service credits.  The Magic Kingdom breakfast just takes one. Whether you have a Disney Dining Plan or not, reservations can be made by calling 407-939-7526, 180 to 3 days in advance, and full payment for each experience is required 45 days prior to arrival. They may be cancelled up to 6 days prior to first Grand Gathering Experience without penalty. Pricing includes gratuities/service charge(s). These often book up early, so I hope what you want is still available.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
