Hi Kimberly! I'm sorry you haven't been able to find the information you're seeking. I know that's frustrating! Guests can rent out the 2.75-million-gallon pool at Typhoon Lagoon with the Private 100 Wave Surf Event. Although surfboards are normally not allowed at the park during operating hours, you can use them to surf 100 waves during your private party held before or after the park's regular hours. To reserve this event, call 407-939-7873. If that's the number you previously called to no avail, then try calling the park directly at (407) 560-4141.
