Trying to find a good deal as Florida resident to stay with my little dogs in Art of Animation, but to check room availability, the portal is asking for park reservations. I do not want to buy the park tickets if I am not sure I can go there with my dogs

Welcome to planDisney, Ariel! Your doggies will have a great time visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with you! Thanks for stopping in with your question about your upcoming Springtime visit!

Please don't worry about booking a stay with your dogs! You don't have to make theme park reservations to book your stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. All you need to do to book your stay online on Disney's official website is scroll past that message about making theme park reservations to book your room and make a note in the provided section under "room and amenity requests" (the second prompt after you add your guest information) to let the Resort know you will be bringing your dogs, or you can call the Resort to speak to a Cast Member and they will be happy to help you!

My dogs love staying with us while we’re on vacation at "The Most Magical Place on Earth!" Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a pet friendly hotel and so is The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans- Riverside Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.

According to Disney's website, these rooms have easy access to outdoor walkways for exercise and to green spaces with pet relief areas. Upon arrival, dogs and their owners will be greeted with a complimentary Pluto’s Welcome Kit.

Right now, dogs are the only pets allowed, with a maximum of 2 permitted per Guest room. The fees can vary from $50-$75 per night, depending on your Disney Resort Collection hotel and are subject to change.

Ariel, I hope this information is helpful to you. Don’t hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions. Helping you with all the details of your next vacation is our pleasure!
