Trying to find out if any breakfast meats are gluten free, do you offer gluten free pancakes or waffles and at which restaurants?

Welcome, Pamela! I am so honored you chose to share your question with us, here at planDisney!

Some of the best vacation memories are made around the dinner (or breakfast) table, so I can certainly appreciate why this might be top of mind for you, especially if someone in your travel party has special dietary needs. Pamela, my first recommendation is to consider your Quick Service dining options. These are restaurants that do not require a reservation, and you will place an order either on the official Disneyland mobile app or at the on-site counter. Most Quick Service restaurants have allergy-friendly menus available online, including information for Guests with Gluten/Wheat Allergies. While there isn't a specific search tool for allergy-friendly menus, you can use the "Quick Service" and the "Breakfast" filter to narrow down the dining locations results, and then browse the ones you are interested in to see their menus.

If you opt to make an advanced dining reservation for a Table Service restaurant, you can do so up to 60 days prior to your visit. When you make these reservations, you will have the opportunity to communicate your dietary needs and preferences with the dining team under the section "Dietary Requests." This allows you to specify which ingredients would be of concern to you, and Wheat/Gluten is one of the listed options. I also highly recommend that you speak with the chef or one of the special-diets trained Cast Members available at each Table Service location.

Pamela, my final and perhaps best recommendation is to review the important information about dining with food allergies on the Allergy Friendly and Special Dietary Requests page. I also have a few more tips about gluten-free dining at Disneyland Resort that I recently shared with another Guest and I hope it proves useful to you, too!

Disneyland Resort does such a wonderful job making sure every Guest feels welcomed at the 'Happiest Place on Earth,' and that includes safe and delicious meals for your whole family! I hope this is helpful guidance as you plan your upcoming visit. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney. We're all ears!

    Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
    Tishra
