Is it possible to have the list of Gluten free foods available in Disneyland either emailed or mailed to me?

Hello Tyra, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you back! I'm always eager to help fellow Guests from my home state of Washington, so your question is extra special to me!

I am constantly amazed at the culinary team's efforts at Disneyland Resort! From curating seasonal menu items, to ensuring a variety of allergen-friendly options, to innovating new dining experiences for Guests of all ages, they really go above and beyond! If you haven't already done so, I highly suggest that you review the information page on Food Allergies and Special Dietary Requests for some helpful details to know in advance of your visit.

Then, I recommend that you take some time to browse the online menus at the dining locations that interest you most by using the Dining search function. For example, we recently dined at Flo's V8 Cafe in Cars Land, and they have a set of Gluten/Wheat Allergy-friendly items on their lunch and dinner menus posted online. In fact, you'll find that many quick-service restaurants have allergy-friendly items listed on their online menus, but these are subject to change. You may also make special allergy-friendly requests when you arrive at the restaurant.

Now, if you are planning a table service dining experience, I recommend making your dining reservation up to 60 days in advance using the Disneyland mobile app or the same online search function. Then select, "Check Availability" to book your reservation. In this process, you'll be asked to list any food allergies or special dietary requests in advance, which will help the chef and culinary team prepare. Then, once you arrive at the restaurant, simply let the host know to ensure they have received this information bout your dining party. You may also request to speak with the chef or a special diets-trained Cast Member at the dining location.

I hope these few suggestions help you plan a visit to Disneyland Resort that is full of fun and flavor, Tyra! If we can assist with any other recommendations to make the most of your magical memories, please come back and 'Be our Guest' again soon!
