Hi Wendi,
We are thrilled to see you dropping by planDisney with a great question! I am always delighted to greet guests from North Carolina. It sounds like you have purchased
Memory Maker. If you did purchase Memory Maker, it should have automatically linked to your MyDisney account when you logged in to make the purchase. Since we cannot see your actual account, I am unable to determine if that Memory Maker is actually linked. I suggest that you
contact a cast member in Website Support and they should be able to assist. In the past, they have always been able to help me resolve issues with my account!
If you are trying to make sure you have access to photos taken of other friends and/or family vacationing with you, check to make sure they are connected to your MyDisney account through the
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If you do not see someone linked, you can send them an invitation to connect. To send an invitation to connect from the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on My Profile and then click on the tab for Family & Friends List. Scroll down the list and then you should see an option to Add a Guest. Once they are connected, you should be able to see the
Disney PhotoPass® Service photos they take as well.
Wendi, looking at your arrival date, I can only imagine the happy dancing going on in your house. Your trip is coming up next week! I do hope you have secured a few
advanced dining reservations. We find these especially helpful when we are traveling with a larger party. Also, when you get there, be sure to use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. Doing so will help you save valuable time. In the spirit of Tiana, I have to say, you are
almost there!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
