I have my magic band but I want to get one of the newer ones for myself. Can I give my 3 year old my old one? She wasn’t born when we got them the first time we went as a family.

Welcome to planDisney, Jacquelyn! I'm so happy to see that you're busy planning a summer visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

MagicBands can be used by the same person any time a valid theme park ticket is linked to them, but bands that have been previously used cannot be reassigned to another person.

There are so many adorable styles for MagicBands you can purchase online before your visit or even at the theme parks during your adventures! You will love them!

When it comes to visiting with your Mouseketeer, don't forget to search for attractions your whole family can enjoy. There's so much to see! Search for attractions for guests of “any height” and you will find all of the attractions suitable for everyone in your party at all four theme parks.

Jacquelyn, I hope I've been helpful. Please don't hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you!
