Hey there, Hames!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney today. I’m excited to hear about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort and even more excited to hear about your daughter‘s fourth birthday celebration. My daughter is also celebrating her birthday this weekend, so I can understand your desire to make it as magical as possible and ensure it's practically perfect in every way.
You didn’t mention which type of reservation you’re trying to get, but I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that you’re hoping to secure an
Enchanting Extras Collection experience. Many girls her age dream about having a royal makeover at the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and I can’t say I blame them. My daughter transformed into Ariel there a few years ago, and I still look back on the photos with misty eyes.
These reservations can be hard to come by as they are often scooped up as soon as they are
released 60 days in advance. But don’t lose hope, Hames. I urge you to keep checking for availability as your visit approaches. Guest plans change all the time, and a cancellation may open up when you least expect it. Even if you aren’t able to secure anything before your arrival, I recommend stopping by the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique first thing in the morning when you arrive for your day at
Magic Kingdom Park. They might have a few reserved appointments held back or be able to offer some other magical suggestions.
If I’ve misunderstood your question or you were asking about a different type of reservation, please don’t hesitate to come back to planDisney and let us know. However, I would offer the same advice for most Enchanting Extras and advance dining reservations your family might be interested in. Just keep checking, checking, checking (like Nemo's pal Dory) as your visit nears, and cross your fingers that a little pixie dust will find its way to you. I'll keep my fingers crossed too!
Wishing you a magical visit and a very happy birthday to your little princess!
Magic and memories,
Amy
