Hi, Jean! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
My fellow Panelist, Brandy, has some great
tips for downloading all of your Memory Maker photos on a computer (which is a bit easier to do than using a mobile device). If all you have is an iPad and smartphone, you can download your photos all at once, but you’ll need to use a web browser (such as Safari or Chrome) instead of your
My Disney Experience mobile app.
After launching your web browser, head to the
Disney PhotoPass website and log in using your
My Disney Experience credentials. At the top of the screen, you’ll have several options to filter and sort your photos by location,
Family & Friends and date. Underneath those filters, you’ll see a small checkbox on the right side of the page that says “Select all visible media.” Checking this box will select all of your photos on the page.
Once your chosen photos are selected, click the blue “Download” button. Your photos will be downloaded as a ZIP file and will be saved in your iCloud storage connected to your iPad or iPhone. Click the blue downward facing arrow (immediately to the right of the URL box) to see your downloads. Click on the ZIP folder to locate it in your iCloud drive. Then tap on the ZIP icon once to “unzip” the folder. Now a blue folder should appear at the front of your Downloads list. When you tap that folder to open it, you should see all of your photos. Pro tip: if you “hard press” on the folder icon, you’ll have the option to move it from your iCloud downloads folder to another location on your phone or another Cloud storage location.
Should you still run into trouble, give the
Disney PhotoPass helpline a call and a Cast Member can walk you through the process.
Hopefully you’ll have your Magical Memories downloaded in no time, Jean. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
Amy
