Hi LJ!
Thank you for bringing your question to
planDisney! I am sorry that you are experiencing difficulty in booking your
Advanced Dining Reservation. I have a few suggestions to help you quickly resolve the issue.
In order to book a reservation at an in-park restaurant, Guests will first need to have a valid
theme park admission ticket. Therefore, the first step is to make sure that your
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account. This should be the same My Disney Experience account that you will use to make your Advanced Dining Reservations. You will be able to see your theme park reservations under the "My Plans" section. If your theme park tickets are not listed, you can
link them manually.
Second, Guests will need a valid theme park reservation to book a restaurant at that particular park. As such, you will want to double-check that you have your
Theme Park Reservations booked for the same park on the same day as the dining reservation you desire. For example, if you are visiting
EPCOT, you will need a valid theme park admission and theme park reservation to EPCOT. You can then book an advanced dining reservation at any of the wonderful restaurants in EPCOT, such as
Coral Reef,
Garden Grill, or
Rose & Crown Dining Room.
If you have both your theme park admission tickets and theme park reservations booked and linked to your My Disney Experience account and you are still having difficulty, visit the
Walt Disney World Help Center or call (407) 939-5277.
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
