Trying to determine if tickets I have from a previous visit are still valid? A family member was ill, so we were issued tickets to use at a later date.

    Heigh-Ho Kaley,

I do hope this finds you are all well and ready to plan your well-deserved Walt Disney World vacation. We here, at planDisney, have many yEARS experience between us all and love sharing our recommendations. If you need help deciding between Walt Disney World Resorts, dining options, how to get from one location to another, what Must- See things to do, or where to begin, you have come to the right place.

First things first, if you do not have a My Disney Experience profile, I highly recommend making one. This is your Walt Disney World Vacation planning hub. Don’t forget to download the app and become comfortable navigating both the online and mobile app. My Disney Experience gives Guests the control to access their Walt Disney World Resort Reservation, link, modify and make Disney Park Pass ticket reservation, select and pay for mobile food orders, find table-service dining reservations, enter virtual queues, add Family and Friends who will be traveling with them and that’s just to name a few things. It is your one-stop shop to make a successful Walt Disney World vacation easy.

Guest can link their tickets to their My Disney Experience profile. Doing so will allow you to assign tickets to Family and Friends, make Disney Park Pass reservations and modify them if you need to. Simply sign in and select Tickets and Passes, choose Link Tickets & Passes and follow all prompts to enter the ID numbers for each ticket. Make sure all Guests, you are assigning tickets to, are in the Family and Friend list of your My Disney Experience profile. Once entered, the fun part begins and deciding which day to visit what Walt Disney World Theme Park becomes the magical dilemma.

Kaley, if you are able to link and assign the tickets, and make Disney Park Pass reservation, in your My Disney Experience profile, then they are still valid. However, if you are still having difficulty I recommend contacting a Cast Member, at the My Disney Reservation Center. They will be able to investigate further and determine the validity and guide you through linking the tickets.

Walt Disney World is looking forward to Welcoming You Home and if we can be of any further assistance, then all you need to do is ask. Have a great day and enjoy planning for your Return to a World of Magic.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
