Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah!
I am so happy to help you with your question -- snacking my way around Walt Disney World Resort is one of my very favorite things to do!
You've got it right -- Quick-Service dining locations or snack stands that do not serve
meals, such as
Aloha Isle,
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, and
Eight Spoon Café (just a few of my favorite snack locations!) do state on the website "Dining Plans Not Accepted". However, I can confirm that locations such as these that serve snacks
do accept
Disney Dining Plan snack credits. In fact, a few weeks ago
I checked the menu at Cheshire Cafe in person for another Guest; every item on the menu counted as a snack credit on the Disney Dining Plan. When in the parks or at Resort Hotel Quick-Service dining locations, look for the purple and white Disney Dining Plan symbol which denotes snack-eligible items. You'll quickly realize they are pretty much everywhere you look!
Since you plan to visit later this fall, I thought you might be happy to know that you can also redeem your Disney Dining Plan snack credits for most items at the Festival Booths at the
2020 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you
plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
