    Trying to decide if the tomorrowland dessert party is worth it. Our first trip to Disney is in April, we will be taking our almost 3 yr old son. How many people do they allow to reserve this? Will it be too packed to enjoy? Thanks

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Mom Panel. You must be so excited for your first trip to Walt Disney World.

    I highly recommend doing the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party, especially since you have a 3-year-old. My family does the Dessert Party every time we vacation at Disney. We love that it is so relaxing to know you will not have to jockey for a position to get a great view of Celebrate the Magic  and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks.

    The Tomorrowland Terrance Fireworks Dessert Party offers an especially wonderful view for your 3-year-old. Since you will easily be able to secure a front row spot along the Tomorrowland Terrance railing, he will not have to look over the throng of people in front of him nor will one of the adults in your group have to pick him up and hold him the whole time.

    A couple of quick notes to make your reservation at the Dessert Party even more enjoyable:

    • No matter what time your reservation says, the doors open exactly one hour prior to Wishes Nighttime Spectacular.
    • I recommend getting to the podium approximately 10 minutes prior to the doors opening. For example, if Wishes start time is 9:00 p.m., try to get to the Tomorrowland Terrace podium at 7:50 p.m.
    • Theme park admission tickets are required to enter the Magic Kingdom for the Dessert Party.
    • Pre-payment in full is required to make your reservation.
    • You can book your reservation 180 days in advance.
    • Up to 50 guests, depending on availability, can be accomodated in one reservation.
