We are trying to decide between CBR and PO-R on our next trip in May. We will be using the quick dining plan. Can you tell us what is offered at the Riverside Mill FC and Old Port Royale FC? Heard OPR has a new pasta bar. Which one would you choose?

    Hi Stephanie!

I often think that one of the most difficult parts of planning a Disney trip is picking a resort to stay at. They are all so wonderful that its hard to narrow it down!

First, as far as menus go, I can refer you to one resource that I really love: a website called AllEars. This great, unofficial Disney site has a menu listing for just about each and every Disney dining establishment. Its a great resource if you'd like to compare your options and prices.

If I were to choose between Port Orleans Riverside and Caribbean Beach Resort, my choice would be Port Orleans. I love the theme of both Port Orleans resorts. Some of the great things going for it are its food court, its proximity to Port Orleans French Quarter (since they are sister resorts you're welcome to check out the pool there too!) and the boat transportation to Downtown Disney.

BUT - I really don't think you can go wrong with either choice!

Hope you have a wonderful vacation!
