Trying to decide when to do our CB, in the morning before a park or on a day we are taking a break from the parks. Want to get everything in and not sure if we would get to the park when it opens if we do a CB first. How early do they start serving?

Hi Erika! Character breakfasts are such a fun way to start your day!

If you're a family of early risers, you definitely could fit in a character breakfast before the parks open. Chef Mickey's starts serving breakfast at 7 a.m., and 'Ohana and the Cape May Cafe generally start at 7:30 a.m. The character breakfasts in the parks generally open at 8 a.m., which is often an hour before the park opens, so an early reservation gives you the opportunity to be in the park before everyone else and to be at the front of the line when the attractions open after your meal.

If you prefer to sleep in, a late character breakfast at one of the resorts would be a fun activity for your day off from the parks. The later seating times are often much less crowded, allowing for lots of relaxed character interaction. A late character breakfast followed by a day at the resort pool sounds like an ideal day to me!

    Have a magical time!
