Trying to decide between Boma & The Wave for dinner. Husband is a picky eater. Wanted something nice. Read abt. crowds & different foods @ Boma what would you recommend ?

Hi, Tewania!  If it was my family making this decision, it would be a no brainer!  All five of us would opt for Boma over The Wave.  Boma has an incredible buffet of amazing and flavorful food, but if your husband is a picky eater, that doesn't mean he won't like what Boma has to offer.  My stepfather is about the pickiest eater I know, and he decided to come with us on vacation after I had already planned my meals.  We took him to Boma, fully expecting to have to run and grab him a sandwich after dinner, but we were surprised that he LOVED the place!

You will always find a great selection of salads at Boma, and usually macaroni and cheese.  They also offer something that would be considered more kid/picky eater friendly, like chicken tenders and spaghetti.  There are over 60 items on the Boma buffet, and I think most people would find plenty to eat, regardless of how picky they are.

The Wave is a very nice restaurant, chic in design, and very contemporary feeling.  You'll find things on the menu like sustainable fish; fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables used in the menu; and some healthy options like bulgur wheat and multigrain rice as side dishes.  The menu is not as extensive as the buffet at Boma, but you will find beef, poultry, pork, and seafood dishes.

You can check out both menus and decide which works better for you and your husband at www.allears.net .  Click on the dining link and you'll find a list of the restaurants and menus for each.

    Enjoy your upcoming vacation!
