    I've been trying to connect my disney tickets to my account but they want connect.

    Welcome to planDisney, Charlee! I just know you’re going to have an incredible Springtime visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks for stopping by, I’m happy to help you with your tickets. 

    It always helps me when I try to link my tickets on a computer. I’ve sometimes had trouble linking my tickets using my cell phone. When you visit this site, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to link just about any kind of reservation to your My Disney Experience account. If you try this link and it doesn’t work for you, your best bet is to reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277. They will be happy to help you.

    Once your tickets are linked, you can make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. When you log on to your My Disney Experience account, click on “My Plans” and then you will see a task bar with kind of a checklist of things you should do before your visit. Just click on the circle that says “Park Reservations.” Choose your date and select the park you’d like to enjoy. All done!

    Charlee, EPCOT is the perfect place to visit during your vacation this Spring! The Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is a sight to see. I love the beautiful topiaries all around the park. You won't want to miss the outdoor kitchens. Make sure you take a look at the Disney Parks Blog before your visit, to get a sneak peek at the menus.
