Hi, Amy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You can find current prices for Memory Maker, individual Photo Downloads, and other fun keepsakes on
Disney's PhotoPass website.
While prices are subject to change at any time, Memory Maker currently can be purchased before your trip for $169. This price does come with a three-day restriction, meaning any PhotoPass pictures that are taken within three days of your Memory Maker purchase would not be included. If you need immediate access to your Memory Maker entitlement, you would have to pay the full price of $199. Memory Maker will give you access to all of your digital PhotoPass pictures taken in the parks and Resort hotels, as well as on-ride videos and animated Magic Shots. If you decide not to purchase Memory Maker, then each Photo Download is $14.95. If you plan to visit many characters, dine at a location that includes PhotoPass pictures, ride several of the rides that include on-ride pictures or videos, or participate in special activities such as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, then you may want to consider purchasing Memory Maker.
I did recently download a couple of PhotoPass pictures from Memory Maker to my phone. I decided to download a couple of them individually, as the files that included all of the pictures were large .zip files. While there are mobile apps that unzip files, I noted the size of each .zip file and decided to not fill my phone’s storage with all of the pictures! I instead waited until we were home from our trip and downloaded all of the .zip files to a laptop. It was also much easier on the laptop to customize our pictures with borders, stickers, etc.
I hope you have a picture-perfect vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
