Obviously personal tastes matter. When I visit with my little girls, we hit the Polynesian because they are into the luau scene. But of the three, I would say that your interest would be best met by the Contemporary.

Since a recent refurbishment it has the most modern and elegant room decor, comparable to that of the higher-end business hotel chains. The bedding, furniture, and other amenities have that kind of look and feel that you would find at such hotels.

Now there are a few downsides to the resort. It has a slightly cold ambiance in the public areas, and not as many child-oriented amenities as compared to the other resorts. But based on your parameters, it is by far the easiest choice from the three.
