Hi, I was trying to check in for a cruise to the Bahamas. I have a valid I94 on F1 student visa, which expired in 2020. Legally, I am allowed to go to the Bahamas with a valiant I94 even with an expired visa. But the system isn’t allowing me to do so. Help

Ahoy, Xu! Welcome aboard, and thank you so much for your question.

I'm sorry you're hitting some rough seas in your efforts to check in for your upcoming Disney Cruise Line sailing. While I can direct you to the information regarding the necessary Passports, Visas, & Citizenship Documentation, this is likely a situation where you are going to have to speak with someone in guest services for assistance in sorting this out. There are a lot of complicated processes that we here at planDisney aren't fluent in, and Disney Cruise Line guest services will have a better grasp on things like automatic revalidation upon your return or even the mechanics of why the system isn't allowing you to enter your valid I-94.

Xu, I'll warn you in advance that the phone lines are pretty busy right now. but they are currently open from 8 AM until 10 PM Monday through Friday, and from 9 AM until 8 PM on the weekends. I recommend calling (800) 951-3532 first thing in the morning or close to closing time in the evening, and if you can do it on a weekday, that may help shave some time off your wait as well.

I am sending you a huge sprinkling of virtual pixie dust, Xu, so that you are soon shipshape and ready to sail.
