Liz from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello I am trying to change my park reservations but the tickets originally purchased seem to be on a different pricing tier. Can I pay the difference for the new date?

    Hi Liz!

Thank you for bringing your question about Disneyland tickets to us here at planDisney! Your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is right around the corner! Soon you'll be walking down Main Street, U.S.A, checking out the merchandise at the Emporium, or grabbing an ice cream cone at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, while on your way to see one of the most beautiful sights in the country, Sleeping Beauty Castle!

Being that you have already purchased a ticket, and the dates you are looking at require a different tier, you can pay to upgrade. As long as the ticket is wholly unused, you can use its value and apply it to the cost of the upgraded ticket. At this time, you are unable to upgrade your ticket online, however, you can call and speak to a Cast Member at Guest Services and they may be able to assist you. Otherwise, you can upgrade your valid ticket at the theme park when you arrive.

Liz, I hope this has helped you plan the most amazing time at The Happiest Place on Earth!
