    I’ve been trying to cancel my tickets as I was told to do. I am not able to online as it states the page has been eaten😂. I’ve called several times and keep getting transferred. Is there a direct line?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Tammy! I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues with theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort.

    To speak to a Cast Member with ticket services, you can call (407) 939-7679. (View the phone directory for the Resort by clicking on this link.) You can also write an email to the Resort. Just make sure to explain your issue, include your confirmation number and a phone number where you can be reached. 

    Cast Members begin to take guest phone calls at 7 a.m. eastern time. I know it’s early, but I’ve always had the best luck resolving any kind of billing issue when I call first thing in the morning. Wait times are usually a lot lower, too.
