It sounds like you might be asking about canceling a
Disney Park Pass theme park reservation. If you are on the
My Disney Experience website, use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to go to "My Plans" and scroll down to locate the Disney Park Pass you need to cancel. Click on "View Details" to the right of the Disney Park Pass reservation, and on the next screen, you'll see a blue link with the words "Cancel This Reservation" just below the date. You'll then select which members of your party to cancel, or select all.
If instead, you would like to cancel your Disney Park Pass in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the screen to go to "Future Plans". Click on the Disney Park Pass you need to cancel, and on the next screen, you will see a blue cancel button with an "X". Follow the steps to complete your cancellation.
If you have followed these steps and still do not see a cancel button, try signing out of your account and closing the browser window or app, and then relaunching My Disney Experience. If that doesn't help,
give the My Disney Experience tech team a call at (407) 939-4357 for assistance.
