I am trying to cancel a port adventure we booked. I understand I can do this up to three days prior to the date of the adventure. I can't, however, seem to figure out how to cancel it. Can someone offer assistance? Many thanks!

    Ahoy S,
Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel with your question!  You are correct that Port Adventures can be cancelled up to three days before embarkation so you still have plenty of time!
First, log-in to your cruise reservation at  Next, click on "My Cruise Activities" in the Planning Center and click on the "card" of the day where you see the activity you want to cancel is located. A full list of the day's activities will appear and will look similar to an itinerary.  Look for the Port Adventure you want to cancel, and you will see a Modify/Cancel button in the upper right corner.  This is where you will want to click to cancel.
I hope this helps, S.  If you need further assistance, please let me know!  I'm always happy to help.
    Have a magical day!
