I am trying to cancel a park reservation but when I click on view details it shows a picture of stitch and says someone ate my page. How do I cancel this reservation to make another one

    Hi Stephanie!

I am so sorry that you are having difficulty canceling your Walt Disney World park reservation. Oftentimes, that pesky Stitch page can be resolved by clearing your cache and cookies and restarting your computer. The other technical component to check is your Internet browser. Make sure that you are using one of Disney's recommended web browsers. Disneyworld.com is designed for optimal viewing with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. You will also want to make sure that your browser is up-to-date. You can use these links to update your browser.

You can double-check to see if the reservation is still showing up by visiting My Disney Experience and clicking on "Park Reservations." Once your existing reservation is canceled, you can make a new one. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, call (407) 939-7765 to resolve the issue.

When you visit, make sure to check out some of Disney's 50th Anniversary Sips and Bites! There are some delicious foods and drinks that you are going to love.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
    Stacy
