Discounted theme park tickets that are
special offers for Florida residents are only for Guests who can provide
proof of state residency. Only then can your family member activate and use that particular ticket type. You would be able to use a Florida-resident ticket, with proof of residency, but your out-of-state Guests won't be able to.
Hakuna Matata! (That means no worries!) There always seem to be some kind of deal for Disney World theme park tickets and Resort hotel rooms. My go-to place to see these offers is the
Special Offers, Deals, and Discounts webpage. Save that to your favorites list and frequently check it for the latest deals. And keep in mind that the more days that are on a multi-day ticket, the cheaper the per-day cost will be.
AN EXTRA GEM: Consider visiting a third-party retail store to purchase discounted
Disney Gift Cards. You can buy as many as you'd like to rack up on the savings. You can use these gift cards to buy theme park tickets, book hotel stays, purchase merch and food, and do other activities around property.
