Hi Lucas, and thanks for visiting us at planDisney! With just a few more days until you get to the Most Magical Place on Earth, I’d be happy to chat about buying your ticket so you’re all set for this week.
I’ve usually only gotten something in the mail when I booked a Disney resort hotel stay or renewed my annual pass. When you
buy theme park tickets on the Disney World website, the delivery defaults to digital, which means you’ll receive your tickets by email. If you purchase tickets far enough in advance, you’ll also see the option to switch to physical tickets (under the Delivery & Contact Info section), which will be shipped to an address you provide. However, this option shouldn’t come up for this Wednesday since there’s not enough time to receive tickets in the mail. But you might be asked for a billing address under the Payment Info section if you’re checking out with a credit card. If you have any issues, you can always call the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number, and a Cast Member can help troubleshoot.
When you’re at Disney World this week, there are a few new things that debuted last year that I didn’t want you to miss! Over at Hollywood Studios, there are two new shows,
Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After and
The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure. My family just saw Disney Villains for the first time last month and we loved voting with our applause to pick which villain would close out the show!
And at Magic Kingdom, the nighttime parade,
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, is an absolute must-do with beautiful floats from Disney films like Frozen, Coco, and Peter Pan. Another one of my favorite additions is the new
Beak and Barrel lounge in Adventureland. There’s no better place to enjoy a refreshing drink while singing yo ho yo ho, a pirate’s life for me! Reservations are mostly booked for this week, but if you keep checking the
My Disney Experience app in the days leading up to your visit, you might be able to snag a cancellation!
I hope you have a magical time at Disney World on Wednesday! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
