I am excited to hEAR you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation and am happy to point you in the right direction to solve your conundrum. Each Guest, included in your Walt Disney World Resort reservation, has the option to purchase one discounted MagicBand. This MagicBand will be assigned to them at the time of your selection. Discounted MagicBands should be purchased no later than 11-days prior to your arrival if you would like them shipped to your residence. To order, sign in to your My Disney Experience profile and select “My Magic Bands & Cards” or under your Resort Reservation select “Choosing MagicBands.” A list of Guests, included in your Resort Reservation, should appear. Select a Guest and follow the prompts for selecting this Guest’s MagicBand. You will do this for each Guest.
But what do you do if you are receiving an error message and can’t complete your order? Before reaching out to a Cast Member sometimes, it is as simple as clearing
cookies in your cache or switching
web browsers and reattempting the process. I can’t explain why but often times it solves the problem. However, if this does not solve your problem then it’s time to call, (407) 939-4357, and speak to a Cast Member who can better accommodate the tech-savvy predicament.
