    I am trying to buy early x mas party tickets but they are nit available for me and I dint know why?

    Welcome to planDisney. I'm thrilled to hear you're planning to attend one of this year's holiday events. I had the very merriest time at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party last year, so I don't blame you one bit for wanting to get your tickets as early as possible.

    I know it probably feels like you made your list and checked it twice, and aren't sure why tickets didn't end up in your stocking this morning. Two of my fellow panelists experienced the same technical issues but have reported their success since the initial morning scramble. I'm guessing someone was able to carefully untangle that techy tinsel and get purchase functionality restored. Was it an elf or a certain special Mouse? We'll never know.

    Assuming you have an eligible resort reservation linked to your My Disney Experience Account you should now be able to complete your purchase. If you don't have a qualifying stay mark your calendar for July 10th, when tickets become available to all guests. Be sure to log in to your account here before navigating to the event page. I have an upcoming resort stay and was able to view ticket options via the blue "Purchase Tickets" button once I signed in. You'll see standard pricing and any eligible discounts for Annual Passholders or Disney Vacation Club Members on that page.
