    We are trying to budget for a couple oif sit down meals and I was wondering are drinks (coffee, juice, soda) included in the buffet price? And what is Florida tax. Also, what is considered customary for a buffet in tipping? 15% 20%????

    For buffet-style meals (Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, etc.) non-alcoholic beverages are included in the meal price. This includes coffee, tea, iced tea, lemonade, fountain sodas, milk, chocolate milk, and some juices.
