Heigh-Ho Gabrielle,
Welcome to planDisney, I am sorry to hEAR you are experiencing some difficulty with purchasing tickets and making a Disney Park Pass reservation to Magic Kingdom Park. I am happy to suggest some possible fixes so you can continue planning your Practically Perfect Day.
First things first, if you have not already done so,
create a My Disney Experience profile and
download the mobile app. This is your vacation hub. Here you can link and modify tickets, make and cancel Disney Park Pass reservations, create and learn about the
Disney MagicMobile service, make table-service dining reservations, select and purchase
mobile food and beverage orders and that’s only a little bit of what it will do for you. Become comfortable navigating all this pixie-dusted tool can do for you before your arrival.
Next, before purchasing your Walt Disney World tickets, double-check your date on the
Theme Park Availability calendar. Currently, Magic Kingdom Park is available for booking. Now it’s time to “try” and
purchase your Walt Disney World tickets and make your Disney Park Pass reservation. If you are still having problems I recommend changing your
web browser. Many times this is the culprit. Another option is purchasing tickets through your My Disney Experience mobile app. But, if neither suggestion works it is time to speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-7679. Cast Members are dealing with a high call volume so I recommend calling when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time.
I hope this helps solve your ticket conundrum and feel free to ask us any Magic Kingdom Park touring questions you may have.
Have a Magical Day,
Amy M.
