I am trying to book my royal dream for dates in March at Disneyland Paris however there is no availability. Does this mean it’s fully booked or will bookings get released closer to the time?

Hi Richard and bienvenue to planDisney.

Your trip to Disneyland Paris is right around the corner - you must be so excited!

Trust me when I say that there's nothing more special than watching your little one under-go a fairytale makeover at My Royal Dream. My daughter experienced this when we visited last May and it was just amazing.

At the time of writing, it is currently possible for all Guests to make reservations for My Royal Dream, via the Disneyland Paris App, for dates up to and including 14 March 2025. If there are no reservations showing as available, this is because it is fully booked.

As you can imagine, My Royal Dream is extremely popular and the reason why you are having difficulty in making a reservation for the dates of your visit is because it is possible for Guests staying at a Disneyland Paris hotel to book My Royal Dream as soon as they have made a hotel booking and linked this in the Disneyland Paris App.

I, myself, have a Disneyland Paris hotel booking for November 2025 and have been able to make reservations for My Royal Dream since I booked, back in September 2024.

Don't give up hope just yet though!

My best advice would be to keep checking for availability every day from now until your arrival at Disneyland Paris. Cancellations do happen and often at short notice as other guests begin to firm up their plans.

Should you have no luck securing a reservation in advance, head on over to the Royal Collection Boutique in the Disneyland Hotel once you arrive to enquire if they have any slots available during your visit.

Finally, if all else fails, I have an alternative plan for you! Princess-themed face-painting is available at Sir Mickey's Boutique in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park. The style is very similar to that offered at My Royal Dream. I would suggest dressing your little one in their favourite princess dress or prince attire, styling their hair yourself and taking them to have their face painted before visiting the Disneyland Hotel where you will be able to get some lovely photos of them in all their regal beauty.

The Disneyland Hotel lobby, staircases and corridors are all great backdrops. There are even some big throne-like chairs which they could sit in and if you time it right, you might even see a Disney Princess or catch La Troupe Royale show.

I'm keeping everything crossed that you manage to snag a reservation for your little one to have their very own fairytale transformation during your visit.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
