Keiry from TN Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, So ticket prices are date based. If I purchase a ticket and end not being able to visit the park on the date I reserved, but can go on another date where the ticket price turns out to be less, will I be credited the difference?

    Hi Keiry,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. The first step to planning any trip to the Disneyland parks is securing your ticket. Currently, 1-day ticket price ranges from $104 - $206. If your plans change and you have to move your reservation, a Cast Member can help you with upgrading your ticket, but they can not downgrade your ticket. Keeping that in mind, I recommend reviewing the price calendar carefully before selecting a new reservation date to maximize your original purchase.

I hope this information was helpful, Keiry. Your vacation overlaps with the Food and Wine Festival (Feb. 28–April 21) at Disney California Adventure. Be sure to try all the tasty food and delicious beverages! Check out the Disney Parks Blog for this year's offerings. I am looking forward to the Sirloin Gruyére Mac & Cheese at the Garlic Kissed booth.  If you have any other questions or need help planning, feel free to write back to me or one of my fellow panelists. We’d be happy to share our thoughts.

Wishing you the best of luck!
