    Am trying to book a meal online but am not getting any confirmation number at the end of the session. Any help gratefully received.

    Hi Alexandra,

    The online reservation system for Disney World dining is still relatively new. As with any type of technology, it will have its bumps in the road. I myself have used the system a few times and had the same problem you are experiencing. On a few occasions, I received an email from the reservation system later in the day with the confirmation numbers, most likely after the system had a chance to catch up. However just a few weeks ago I attempted to use the system two different times and never received any confirmation.

    I would suggest calling 407-939-3463 and verifying that the reservation was indeed made by the system. I did this and was happy to hear the reservation was in the computer and the Cast Member was able to provide my confirmation number. I also strongly recommend this in the event the system did not reserve the time for you and hopefully the Cast Member can obtain the time for you.

    I do enjoy the convenience and ease of the online dining system but I would imagine this problem will most likely pop up occasionally. Hope the reservation is there waiting for you!
