Trying to book Keys To The Kingdom for mid-Sept, and while the booking window has opened, we can't seem to get any times for Sept at all. There is plenty of availability for late August though. Does the tour run in Sept?

    Hi Elaine!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I'm excited that you want to experience Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour.  At the time of writing, I can see availability up to September 23rd.

Unfortunately, certain Special Events and Tours that require pre-payment are currently not available to be reserved online in advance from the UK, and this includes Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour.  As soon as you arrive in the United States you can access online booking for this on your My Disney Experience app, but if it's fully booked already please remember that cancellations do occur so it's always worth continuing to check availability.  Any Guest Relations location will also help with making bookings for this amazing tour.

I have had occasional success using the Chat feature on the My Disney Experience app, so please give that a try.  Sometimes a helpful Cast Member may be able to make a reservation for you, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Using an authorised Disney Travel Agent based in the US or Canada is another possibility for booking your tour.  It must be stressed that you use an authorised Disney vacation planner because there are many travel agents out there who are unauthorised.   My friend and planDisney panelist Ashley gave this detailed answer to assist with finding an authorised planner.

I'm sorry this may not be the answer you wanted, but I am hopeful you will be able to secure your place on this tour, one way or another.  I understand your frustration because I have experienced the same issues with making reservations from here in the UK.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We are always happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World!
