Hello and welcome to planDisney! March 2026 will be here before you know it, and I completely understand wanting to get a jumpstart on planning. Spring is a truly enchanting time to visit the Disneyland Resort. Think crisp mornings, sunshine-filled afternoons, and colorful blooms dotting the landscape from Main Street to the gardens of Disney California Adventure. There’s nothing quite like savoring your first churro of the day with a backdrop of blossoms and a hint of that sweet spring breeze!
Let’s take a look at what’s available so far.
Currently,
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel is accepting reservations through December 31, 2025. While 2026 dates haven’t been released just yet, they’re typically announced around August. That timing can shift slightly from year to year, so I recommend keeping a close watch on the
Disney Parks Blog. That’s usually the first place new details about vacation packages and hotel availability will bloom.
Once bookings open, The Grand Californian Hotel offers
several suite options that might be just what you’re looking for. In addition to one-bedroom suites, you’ll find two- and three-bedroom configurations that can accommodate up to 12 adults, depending on layout. Many of these suites offer gorgeous views of the surrounding redwood trees, the pool area, the Downtown Disney District, or even the theme park itself (based on availability).
Theme park tickets follow a slightly different timeline. In general, tickets for both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure become available around 120 to 180 days in advance. If you’re aiming for a March 2026 arrival, I recommend checking the Disneyland website in early September 2025 for the most up-to-date ticket options.
And here’s a helpful Q-Tip: Guests staying at the Grand Californian can take advantage of
Early Entry, giving you access to select attractions 30 minutes before regular park opening. Plus, there’s a private entrance into Disney California Adventure conveniently located near Napa Rose. It’s perfect for catching those golden rays as you rope-drop your favorite ride.
I hope this helps you start planning a practically perfect spring escape! If you have more questions as details unfold, please visit us again at planDisney.
Wishing you pixie-dusted planning,
