I'm sorry to hear you have been having trouble making your dining reservations. It is a little difficult for me to try to diagnose what the issue may be without more information about what you were trying to book and when. It sounds like you have tried the usual trouble-shooting strategies of changing browsers or using an incognito window, and switching between the Walt Disney World website and the
My Disney Experience mobile app. It is certainly possible that the reservation system was experiencing a temporary glitch. I have received that same error message in the past, and it usually happens when I am a bit too early to make my dining reservations.
Guests may make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance. Guests with a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel may make dining reservations 60 days in advance of their check-in date, for the length of their stay, up to 10 days. Typically, dining reservations open for the day at 5:45 am Florida time; however, I have noticed that some locations do not show availability until 6:00 am or even a few minutes later.
