    Trying to book a 3 or 4-day park hopper with lightning lane at time of purchase, but I am unable to add lightning to either. It allows me to add lightning lane at time of purchase on a 2-day. Is this by design? I also have tried with different start dates.

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for submitting your question to us. I'm sorry to hear that you're having technical difficulties with the Disneyland website when trying to purchase Theme Park Tickets. 

    I don't have access to your account, so I can't tell you what's happening behind the scenes, but it's very strange that you aren't able to add Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your tickets. I tried to troubleshoot and replicate your situation and I was able to add Lightning Lane Multi Pass to both a 3-Day and 4-Day Park Hopper Ticket successfully, so I'm not sure what's going on. I would recommend logging out of your account, then logging back on. Clear your cache and cookies before your next attempt and make sure that your Cart is empty. You could also try purchasing the tickets after logging in to an Incognito or Private browser window. If nothing works, then I would recommend calling the Tickets phone line and speaking to a friendly Cast Member who can look into the situation for you. 

    Did you hear that Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be opening alongside the Holiday Season at the Disneyland Resort on November 15, 2024? That means that, not only will you be seeing the Resort at the most festive and beautiful time of year, you'll get the chance to experience a brand new attraction! How exciting is that?!
