trying to get from art of animation to contemporary for chef mickeys, then to beach club. do we take a bus to MK then monorail to contemporary? then how do we get from chef mickeys to beach club? And what kind of travel time should we expect?

    Hello Stefani,

Maneuvering around the Walt Disney World Resort can be a little overwhelming but I am happy to help you determine your best travel itinerary for the day and it is quite simple.

You are correct, from Disney Art of Animation Resort to Chef Mickey's, located in Disney's Contemporary Resort, estimate about 40 minutes of walk, wait and travel time. Board a Disney bus to Magic Kingdom Park, once there you have two options and both are probably the same for travel. Either make your way to the Resort Monorail and Disney's Contemporary Resort will be your first stop or take a leisurely stroll on the sidewalk which leads you to the resort. You can't go wrong either way.

Once you are finished dining with Mickey and his Pals and have filled the rumbly in your tumbly, your best travel option to Disney's Beach Club Resort is via a Disney bus from Magic Kingdom Park's bus depot. This time, for a quicker route, I recommend walking to Magic Kingdom Park instead of taking the Resort Monorail, simply because Magic Kingdom Park is the fourth stop after boarding. Once at the bus depot, locate the bus stop for Disney's Beach Club Resort. Again, I would estimate about 40 minutes of walk, wait and travel time.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
