James from OH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I was trying to add room charges on a credit card. We have 2 rooms. Only the names for one room appeared but not the other. Also, how do you request a crib in a room?

Hey there, James! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to planDisney!

I see you're visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth this spring and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you! This is my favorite season to visit Walt Disney World Resort and I have a feeling you'll be in for an extra special trip. You'll be able to experience everything that The World's Most Magical Celebration has to offer, from the glowing Beacons of Magic to the celebratory sweets!

But oh, bother! I'm so sorry you're not able to see the second room on your My Disney Experience account. I'd love to help you turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage! Let me just grab my magic wand...

James, you'll first want to log in to your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. Scroll down and take a look at your reservations under My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. If you can only see one reservation, Hakuna Matata! No worries! We can easily link that second reservation to your account. Find the resort confirmation number (usually in your email) and have it handy. Scroll back up and hover your mouse over the Resort Hotel icon and click Link a Reservation. Enter your confirmation number and last name to link this second reservation to your account. Ta-da!

If you have any problems finding or linking this second room to your account, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. They will be happy to help you! A little like real-life fairy godparents, they'll be able to stretch their wands a bit further to help you with your reservations. If you'd like to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their brand of magic can sometimes be in high demand.

James, you can also request a Pack ‘n Play playard from your Disney Resorts Collection hotel with a Cast Member as well. While you can do this over the phone with a Cast Member, you can also make this request online using the Chat feature. I personally enjoy making these types of requests through the My Disney Experience app. Just tap the icon that looks like three lines in the bottom right corner and tap Chat With Us. Write a message including your confirmation number and your specific request! A Cast Member will respond as soon as they're able and will make a note on your reservation. It would also be a good idea to let the Cast Member at the front desk know when you check in since supplies can be limited.

I hope I was able to help you with a finishing touch of pixie dust on your reservation, James! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
