Hi moms! Trying to add a little magic to our Disney trip (arriving in 48 days!) and would love to know the current price of polar patios and cabanas at both water parks? Thanks!

    Hi Lizzie,

Thanks so much for stopping by with another great question!  I just love the idea of sprinkling a little extra pixie dust on your trip and I really can't recommend the reserved cabanas enough.  Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park both offer reserved areas in the shade with cushioned seating, a personal locker, refillable drink mugs, towels, a Cast Member to assist you during the day, and a cooler stocked with ice and bottled water.  These are known as Polar Patios at Blizzard Beach and Beachcomber Shacks at Typhoon Lagoon.  The current pricing is $345.06 (including tax) for the full day for up to 6 people (you can add additional people for $25 per person, up to a total of 10 people).

Another nice option that works for up to 4 people is a reserved spot in the shade with an umbrella, 4 chairs (2 reclining and 2 sit-up), a cocktail table and 4 towels.  At Blizzard Beach, these are called Lodge Picnic Umbrellas and at Typhoon Lagoon as Getaway Glen Umbrellas.  The current pricing is $58.58 (including tax).

You can make reservations for any of these up to 180 days in advance by calling one of the great Cast Members at (407) WDW-PLAY (939-7529).  Same-day rentals may also be available at the water park, depending on availability.

Wishing you a most magical vacation, Lizzie!  Please let us know if you have any other questions before you arrive.
