    I am trying to get my accounts merged, tickets linked, resort reservations linked and I can only get put on hold for 3 (yes THREE) hours before I got cut off. I had my daughter call on her line as well and we both were disconnected. Help please!

    Hello there, Kristy! Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! 

    My Disney Experience is one of the major benefits that set a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort apart from the others! Using this simple planning tool, you can access just about any part of your vacation plans both before and during your trip. This is also the best way to link your experiences either to your MagicBand or to a Disney MagicMobile pass

    When it comes to “merging” two accounts, it depends on what exactly you are trying to achieve! If you would like to connect your plans with another My Disney Experience user such as your daughter, you can do this by adding each other’s accounts to your Family and Friends List. This will allow you to view each other’s plans and reservations and even edit or add plans if you choose to include this access!  

    If you would like to truly merge two of your individual accounts, you will need a bit of assistance with this process! I’m unsure which phone line you have tried reaching out to but it may be helpful to call the specific Website Support phone line! Cast Members here will assist you with managing your two accounts which will hopefully assist you in avoiding confusion in the future. 

    That being said, you can link your reservations and theme park tickets to a separate account without reaching out to Website Support! All you will need to do is visit the “Link Your Reservations and Purchases” webpage. From here, click the link of which item you would like to link first. You will then be prompted to entire the reservation or theme park ticket information. From there, you can simply confirm your selections and you should be good to go!
