    I have been trying to access the website for 3 days and it is not working. Is there an issue?

    Hi Kimberly!

    I am so sorry that you are having difficulty accessing the Walt Disney World website! I am not aware of any widespread technical issues. Oftentimes an issue accessing the Walt Disney World website is related to the web browser being used. Make sure that you are using either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. You will also want to make sure that your web browser is updated to the most recent version available. You can find links to update your browser or download a new one on the Walt Disney World website. Also, make sure that your web browser plug-ins are updated, which you can download for free.

    Another tip that has worked for me when I encounter issues with web pages loading is clearing my cache and cookies. You can find instructions online for how to do this.

    If you still have technical difficulties after completing these steps, call (407) 939-7765 to have a Disney Cast Member help you troubleshoot the issue.
