I am trying to be able to get in to print my complimentary tickets. Thanks

    Hiya Priscilla,

Welcome to planDisney. Oh boy! Complimentary theme park tickets - it sounds like you have been sprinkled with pixie dust before your Walt Disney World Resort vacation has even begun.

While I am not sure the details behind your complimentary tickets, the great news is there is no need for you to print your tickets at home as long as you have linked them to your My Disney Experience account. On the Ticket & Passes option, you will see "Link Tickets & Passes" where you can either enter the ID code or scan the barcode for the ticket. Once linked you will be able to make your theme park reservation and view all tickets you have entered for use. You will also be able to assign the tickets to other members of your party if that is applicable to your travels. The tickets will also appear in the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you have purchased a MagicBand+ (which I highly recommend not only for convenience but for all the awesome added features like becoming a intergalactic Bounty Hunter) you will also be able to link the tickets to your MagicBand+.

I hope this helps get you on your way. If I can help with any further planning, please stop back and see me

    With pixie dust,
    Margaret
