    HI, try to make a reservation park pass but appears a message told me that i justa have other, but don`t have any.....what can i do??

    Welcome to planDisney, Javiera! I’m so happy to see that you’re busy planning your next magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    It would be a good idea to try to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations on your home computer. Be sure to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account beforehand. Once your tickets are linked you can also try to make your reservations on your My Disney Experience app

    If you’re still unable to make your reservations, you may need to reach out to a Cast Member by calling +001 (407) 827-7146 from your home in Chile. You can also send the Resort an email and a Cast Member should get back to you in a few days.
