    When I try to make a reservation, I’m told there is already a pass for this date. How can I verify my reservation? I cannot locate a confirmation

    Welcome back to planDisney, Jennifer! Thanks for stopping by with another question. It sounds like you need assistance with theme park reservations. 

    Your current theme park tickets and theme park reservations can be found on the My Plans page of My Disney Experience. To access the My Plans page, sign in to your account on or open the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. Occasionally, theme park tickets do not automagically appear on your My Disney Experience account. To verify that your park tickets are linked, visit the Link Reservations and Tickets page. 

    If you continue having trouble with your park reservations, contact the Disney Reservation Center for further assistance. You can call (407) 566-4985 to speak with a Cast Member, however, please be aware that the call volume may be very high right now. A Cast Member will be more than happy to help you when they can.
